The post-modern critic of the concept of modern rationality, clearly implies a revision of the tradi- tional model of organization, associated to the paradigm of bureaucratic system.
Moreover, the conscious management of the premises of decision making processes and organizational actions is supposed to be even more crucial than in traditional bureaucratic systems.
Bureaucratic systems may be an obstacle for organizational creativity, not just only for the nature of bureaucratic apparatus, but also for the negative impact of status, professional and functional interests that may interpose in the phases of 'development' and 'acceptance' of creative-innovative ideas.
The bureaucratic system is aimed at information collection and decision making according to pre-established rules.
